Bomber Command Memorial Project
Currently, Sophy is working closely with the Bomber Command Association on their communications strategy and plans for the Dedication and Unveiling of the Bomber Command Memorial in June 2012. This has broadened the remit for Prism Strategies to coordination with London organisations working on London 2012, event management, and partnership with charities and fundraising teams.

The Bomber Command Memorial project is providing lots of challenging work and entails a lot more than communications. Work with ministerial offices, senior military representatives, embassies and high commissions, not to mention the pleasure of speaking and working with veterans of the military, has added to the day-to-day task of media liaison.

Bomber Command’s appearances on Songs of Praise (Remembrance Sunday), in the national press and at major Service events have been a taster of the level of interest the Association faces in 2012.
